The prostate is a small but important gland (organ) in the male reproductive system. The main role of the prostate is to make fluid that protects and feeds sperm. The prostate makes about one third of the fluid that is ejaculated (released) from the penis at orgasm (sexual climax). So if your prostate gland has any problem (prostate disease), it can cause infertility. Some common prostate problems include: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), Prostatitis and Prostate Cancer.
If you have any of the following symptoms see a Health Care Provider right away:
dysuria (painful urination)

painful ejaculation
lower back pain
perineal pain (pain at the base of the scrotum and penis)
chills, fever, muscular pain etc.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION / STRESS
You already know that catching an adequate hours of sleep makes your morning better. Not only that, it also increases your fertility rate. Sleep deprivation puts stress and weakness on the body. People who don’t get enough sleep mostly have weak immune systems and are more likely to get infections, which will affect their reproductive cycles. To men, infections can cause fever and that excess heat can damage your sperm temporarily. Women who don’t get enough sleep will put stress on themselves and stress can also alter their menstrual cycle. Without a stable menstrual cycle or ovulation, there cannot be pregnancy.
